The shared photo app for your event
One event, one QR code, one shared album. Every guest uploads photos and videos in original quality – with a free account.
The film
One party, a hundred phones, thousands of photos: this is how they all end up in one shared album.
How it works
From creating your event to saving every memory – that is all it takes.
Choose a name, dates and cover image. You also decide how many days guests can continue uploading after the event. Set everything up in under a minute.
Share a link or export your QR code as a print-ready A4 PDF – as a poster, table stand or card set. Guests scan it and join instantly. Viewing needs no account.
Guests upload live during the event or in the upload phase afterwards – from their library or directly with the in-app camera. Everything appears in chronological order.
Download everything to your camera roll in one go – with the correct capture date and in original quality. Or keep your favourite moments permanently in your Picudia Cloud.
The event timeline
Every event moves through five phases automatically. You only choose how long the upload phase lasts.
Guests can already join. The cover, dates and rules are all in place.
Live gallery, in-app camera and quick capture. Every moment appears instantly.
Add media from your library for as many days as the creator selected.
Like, download or move moments to your Picudia Cloud before the event is archived.
In your cloud or on your device – forever.
Use Picudia for …
Your photographer captures the big moments; your guests capture everything around them. Place a QR stand on every table and turn 80 different perspectives into an album no single person could have created. You decide who can upload, download and see the guest list.
Ten days, five phones, one album. Instead of hunting through three group chats, every photo stays together in chronological order – in original quality and with the metadata that shows where each moment happened. Everyone downloads what they want to keep at the end.
Summer party, charity run or open day: your team becomes the photography crew and captures authentic moments from every angle – valuable material that would otherwise be lost. As the creator, you stay in control of who may download the content.
From exhibitions and city festivals to club tournaments: participants and spectators add their impressions to one central event album. Every side of the occasion is captured, encouraging participation while creating a valuable resource for marketing and feedback.
What makes Picudia different?
Capture every moment at full quality without thinking about storage. Your event has no storage limit, so every laugh, dance and embrace stays exactly as it was captured.
Invite as many friends, relatives or guests as you like. Everyone can contribute their own photos and videos – a collective photo session that turns every perspective into a unique memory.
Picudia turns your event into a ready-to-print A4 PDF: choose a poster, table stand, card set or plain QR code. Print it, display it, and let guests scan, join and share their best shots.
Every photo and video keeps its full quality without compression. Metadata stays intact too, preserving not only the memory but also the exact place where it happened.
The app

|---|---|---|---|
| Quality | heavily compressed | original | original, including metadata |
| Organisation | chat chaos | manual | automatic, chronological, by event |
| Joining in | everyone needs the group | everyone needs an account | scan the QR code, view without an account |
| Control | none | folder permissions | upload, download and visibility controls |
| Afterwards | lost in the chat | stored somewhere | download everything + private cloud |
