Would you like to delete your Picudia account permanently? There are two ways to do so. We remove your data completely and permanently within 24 hours.
Option 1: Directly in the app (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is in the Picudia app:
- Open the menu using the menu icon.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: By email
Alternatively, email [email protected] from the address linked to your Picudia account with the subject “Delete account”. We will take care of the rest.
What will be deleted
Deleting your account removes all personal data:
- Your email address, name and profile picture.
- All content in your private Picudia Cloud.
- Events you created are ended and then deleted completely.
- Photos and videos you uploaded to events created by others remain part of those events, but are no longer linked to your profile. You can remove them yourself before deletion.
Your account cannot be restored once deletion is complete.
